Windy day at Lake Ontario! #photos
Just before heading home for the day I was able to run and capture the drama of the waves hitting the pier in Oshawa.

Did a little post prod on these but they are all taken with the Palm Pre 2.
Just an example of how much more you get from using this great little app. It keeps the darkness of the sky yet lightens the houses so you can see them clearly.
Not everyone will like how these look but I quite like the overall effect of doing heavy post production on my photos. Here are three shots I took with three different exposure of each. Once combined and reworked you can get a realistic look or something that looks more like a painting.
Just for comparision, here are the original photos...
Hmmm...I think I over-HDR'd these a bit but not too bad. Still trying to figure out the right processing software.
I shot this with my Palm Pre 2 and then did a bit of post production on it to bring out the water droplets. I quite like the result. :)
Here are a bunch of photos I processed on my iPod touch 4G. The shots were taken with my Canon Powershot SX30is using bracketing (multiple exposures of the same shot). I used Pro HDR in iOS to layer the photos and then used Camera+ with the Clarify filter. Not everyone will like this kind of detail but I quite like it. It isn't as nice a result as using Photomatix and Photoshop but who can afford those?? ;)
Just playing around with low lighting and HDR software settings. This was taken in the dark, so the result was pretty decent. It's a low res because it's the one I posted on Instagram.
